Project: AllBricks – Validating a Novel Financial Model Role: User Researcher
Challenge: AllBricks is a novel financial service challenging traditional models. In the fintech sector, trust and clarity are paramount. The challenge was to ensure potential customers understood the unique proposition and that the marketing materials resonated effectively.
Approach: I designed and facilitated online focus groups to deep-dive into user sentiment. This qualitative approach allowed us to move beyond simple "likes" and understand the specific triggers and barriers to adoption in the marketing strategy.
Outcome: I provided a rigorous assessment of user responses to the proposed marketing strategies, delivering insights that helped refine the messaging to ensure it was both clear and compelling.
