I worked with Black Swan for Npower in collaboration with Market Gravity to design and develop and prototype for user testing an application to support gas engineers.  The engineering side was prototyped for user-testing and I assisted Market Gravity with the discussion guide development.  This project illustrates how agencies can flexibly work together to deliver the best product for the end client.
