Project: Haringey Giving – Digital Strategy Role: UX Strategist
Challenge: To help a local philanthropic organisation establish a digital strategy that could effectively engage donors and support the community.
Approach: I consulted on the overarching internet strategy, developing donor personas based on charity research, and planning evaluative research to ensure the platform spoke directly to the local community's motivations. I researched the use of Synthetic Personas to assess the site and designed a user research strategy.
Outcome: Delivered a foundational user-centric strategy that allowed the organisation to build their digital presence with confidence, ensuring it could effectively connect resources with those in need.
