This work was to strategically re-architect the corporate website, signposting information for different user types. We undertook a site content audit, personas, sitemaps and user journeys.
Identifying and creating convincing personas was vitally important on this project as the client was struggling to identify their site audience and optimise and signpost content for them.
Diverse user personas were taken on ideal journeys through the site.
The sitemap was optimised based on insights generated by the personas and user journeys.
